Fragrance Haul : Voyage from The Body Shop

Hi Friends! In today’s blogpost I would like to haul this new VOYAGE collection from The Body Shop Indonesia. The collection consists of Eau de Toilette, Fragrance Mist, Shower Gel, Body Cream, and Body Lotion. But in this post I will only show you the Eau de Toilettes.

There are 5 scents in this collection, each of them inspired by the nature from all around the world. First of all, the packaging are extremely beautiful! Love the designs on the boxes and of course I’m also in love with the perfume bottle design. I think it looks gorgeous and luxurious. Somehow they remind me of gems with their beautiful colors. Now let’s go through each scents. Japanese Cherry Blossom

This one is represented by the color of pink. It suits the perfume perfectly, since this one smells very sweet yet fresh, delicate, floral, and feminine. Reminds me of spring with beautiful flower garden. I think a feminine girly girl would enjoy Japanese Cherry Blossom very much. The scents is a blend of magnolia, cherry blossoms, and hinoki wood. Atlas Mountain Rose

Atlas Mountain Rose is represented by a deeper, slightly purple, pink. I love the scent of this one, because it’s sweet yet spicy, very floral and mature at the same time. I feel sexy when I wore it. Very appropriate for a night event or a date night. The scent is a blend of cassis buds, rose, and warm spices. Italian Summer Fig

This new scent is called Italian Summer Fig, obviously it was inspired by the fruit, Fig, from Italy. This smells very fresh! Perfect for summer or for you who likes the smell of nature. Freshly sprayed, it smells like the rainforest, the leaves, the trees, everything green! This scent is a blend of grape leaf, summer fig, and woody facets. Fijian Water Lotus

Fijian Water Lotus to me is a very fresh scent yet still floral. It is very unique, I don’t think I have smelled anything like it before! Smells like the ocean, very calming and fresh. It is a blend of mandarin, water lotus, and marine saltiness. Indian Night Jasmine

Jasmine! One of my personal favorite flower and scent. It has always been brings good, calm vibes. This Indian Night Jasmine is a warm and floral scent. Feels luxurious yet calming to me. If I have to choose only one, it will be this one. It’s a blend of violet leaf, jasmine, and sandalwood. So, that’s it for the haul! The Body Shop is famous for their no testing on animals policy and 100% vegetarian. The scents are formulated fresh from the nature. I definitely enjoy this new voyage collection. Naked Smoky Palette Swatches + Mini Review

Hi guys! In this post i’ll be giving you my First Impression for the newest addition of Naked Palette family by Urban Decay, the Naked Smoky!

Packaging is supeeer pretty! Love love the “smoke” pattern this one has. I don’t know what material this packaging is made by, but this is not a tin packaging like Naked 2 & 3. It has a nice sized mirror and magnetic closure.

the eyeshadows in this palette is definetely more cool toned and perfect for smokey eye look.

(left to right) High : a light peachy champagne with shimmer. the shimmer in here is not too big so it’s not metallic at all. Dirtysweet : a coppery gold with shimmer. this has beautiful pigmentation and not dry at all. Radar : a medium warm toned brown, has micro-glitter so the sheen is not too much. Armour : a super glittery/metallic silver. looks pretty when swatched but has a lot of fall out. Slanted : a satin gray. compared to Armour it is lighter in color and not as glittery. Dagger : a dark cool toned gray, almost look blue to me. it has satin finish. Black Market : an almost matte-satin black. this black does not looks super black like black out. Smolder : a dark purple/plum with satin finish. Password : a matte taupe, it is not too dark but it can gives you definition. Whiskey : a warm medium brown. Combust : a soft matte beige. i was hoping this could be a transition shade for me (i have medium skintone) and it doesn’t really show up on my skin.. maybe if you have light skin it can work for you. Thirteen : i looooove this shade, perfect for browbone because it is a light beige shadow with a satin-matte finish, meaning it’s matte with no glitter or shimmer but it does give you some sheen! Okay! Overall i like this palette and will recommend it to you guys. The shadow ranging from light to dark, matte to metallic, and it’s perfect for smokey eye. Review : REVLON SuperLustrous Matte Lipstick & Colorstay Skinny Liquid Liner

Hi lovelies! I’m back with another product review for you. This time is about REVLON, mostly I will be talking about the Revlon SuperLustrous Matte Lipsticks, Revlon Colorstay Eyeliner Pencil and Revlon Colorstay Liquid Liner. If you have followed my blog or my Youtube channel since the beginning, you know that I use a lot of Revlon products. They are one of my favorite drugstore brands, affordable and easy to get because they are available on your drugstore and also on department stores. SuperLustrous Matte Lipstick

Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick is one of the first lipsticks that was introduced to me by my mother. She loves these lipsticks. Until this day, I believe both my mom and I still have that one sitting on our vanities. Another story, my cousin has sensitive lips, a lot of lipsticks will make her lips super dry due to allergy. Revlon Super Lustrous is one of the few lipsticks that she can wear without being allergic to.

This is a matte lipstick that won’t dried out your lips, it is creamy and glides beautifully when applied. The pigmentation is great and the color won’t be patchy / splotchy. These lipsticks contain Aloe Vera Extract and Vitamin C&E so that’s why they aren’t drying. Available in 8 shades, the shades that I got is Mauve it Over, In the Red, Paradise Pink, and Seductive Sienna. The last two shades mentioned is from their new launch. One tube consist 4.2 g products (which is a lot) and they retail only for Rp 65.000,00. Oh and on the bottom of the tube they got swatches of the shade so it’s easier to tell which is which. I must say this is my favorite of the four because (ofcourse) it’s a NUDE lipstick! YASSS! I looove nude lipsticks, you can wear it with any kind of look IMO. This one is a very neutral nude, not too pink, not too peach, and not too brown. A perfect balance. It is light enough to be a nude but not too pale so it doesn’t wash me out. My mom saw me wear this one the other day and she loved it, so I gave this one to her. Yes I know, I’m a good daughter XD 2. In the Red

In the Red is a deep cool tone red. This kind of red is very classy and sexy in my opinion. Plus, it will make your teeth look whiter. I find this shade of red really suits my skintone, so if your skintone is similar to me you might want to try this one out. 3. Paradise Pink

This particular shade screams SUMMER and FUN to me. It’s a bright pink with a hint of coral/orange. It has warm tones so it will make your skin appear brighter if you have warm undertone. 4. Seductive Sienna

I agree of the name, it is a seductive shade! It is a chocolatey red, it’s deep and rich of color. I really like this because it’s a statement but not too bold that it is not wearable for day makeup. Seriously, I would have no problem to wear this lipstick for the day. ColorStay Skinny Liquid Liner and ColorStay Eyeliner Pencil

I have use the original Revlon Colorstay Liquid Liner so I’m excited to try the “skinny” version! The difference is on the felt tip applicator, this one is skinnier so you can make a very thin line with this. Honestly I don’t have any problem with the original, but this one does make it even easier for me.

the tip is ultra fine, it’s 0.1 mm!

As you can see, I’m able to make a very thin line as well as a perfect winged eyeliner with this fine tip. The color is very pigmented and it’s also a waterproof formula. I already know I’m going to like this one because I like the original version and this one is even better because of the ultra fine tip.

I never tried the eyeliner pencil before so this is my first time, it is an automatic / twist eyeliner pencil so you don’t have to sharpen it. This is also waterproof so it should be great on the lower waterline.

I used this pencil on my lower lashline as well on my waterline and I like both ways. It doesn’t smudge on my eyes (yay!) and this has creamy texture so it won’t hurt when you use it to tightline your eyes. Because both of the eyeliner claim to be waterproof, I decided to put them on a test!

After I wiped it (while wet) I am happy and satisfied with the result! It doesn’t move when it’s wet as long as you don’t rub / wipe it. Even after I wiped it, the liquid just move a bit and the pencil stays quite the same! So I agree on the waterproof claim. I did my makeup using of the products mentioned and here is the result!

Review : Maybelline The Nudes & Velvet Matte

Maybelline The Nudes Eyeshadow Palette

The colors are gorgeous. I thought the gold one will be dupe for UD Half Baked but it is not pigmented :( Pros : Affordable Price, Rp 150,000.00 Available on Maybelline counters. Small and lightweight packaging. The eyeshadows are well chosen, 7 shimmer with 5 mattes ranging from light, medium, to dark shades. Eyeshadow quality is medium in my opinion. Not wow but not blah. Cons : You need to wear primer if you want this eyeshadow to stay all day. You need to take your time on blending. Not the most creamy eyeshadow but not too powdery either. Few eyeshadows are not pigmented. Overall : I think this palette is great for its price, if you are a beginner this is perfect. It’s affordable, full of neutral shades, and it has guidance for several makeup look on the back of this palette. Not the best eyeshadows (IMO) but not terrible either. 2. Maybelline Velvet Matte

Pros : Pigmented and not patchy. Applicator made application easy. Creamy and doesn’t dried out my lips. Cute packaging, resembles the elixirs a lot. Wear time, around 4 hours. Cons : Is not smudgeproof This is not like liquid lipsticks so don’t expect it too stay all day. Overall: I really liked this product, would recommend to someone that has dry lips but want a semi-matte finish. Since the texture is more creamy, it is comfortable to wear. REVIEW Oke! Sekarang ke bagian review produk nya ya. I got 4 Sephora Collection products, Microsmooth Sculpting, Colorful Blush, Colorful Shadow & Liner, dan Cream Lip Stain. Yuk kita lihat satu persatu : Sephora Collection Microsmooth Sculpting in 03 Sultry

Ini adalah trio yang terdiri dari Highlighter, Blush, dan Bronzer. Powders ini sangat finely mild, ga powdery atau patchy. Bebas paraben, sulfat, dan phtalat (yay!). Blush dan bronzer nya sangat pigmented tapi tenang aja, ini sangat mudah di blend kok. Blush dan bronzernya matte-satin, jadi selain kasih warna “cerah” di wajah, ada efek natural glowing nya juga. Partikel shimmer yang ada di highlighternya juga termasuk kecil, kasih efek dewy glow tanpa terkesan “basah”. Packaging wise, i love it. Sangat sleek dan modern.

Sekilas shade ini kelihatan seperti warna peach tapi ternyata lebih ke rosy pink. Sukaaa banget warnanya, pink tapi warm jadi cocok dengan warm complexion aku. Ohiya yang aku punya ini finish nya matte. Teksturnya ga powdery dan mudah di blend. Pigmentasinya pas buat blush, ga terlalu pigmented jadi ga medok pas dipake di wajah. Ukurannya ga terlalu besar dan ringan jadi enak untuk dibawa bawa buat touch up. Staying power is awesome! Semua produk yang aku review hari ini tahan seharian di wajah aku.

06 Flirt it Up Rosy warm pink blush Sephora Colour Shadow & Liner in Taupe

Kalau yang satu ini 2in1, bisa dipakai sebagai eyeshadow dan juga eyeliner. Di tutorial nanti aku akan pakai sebagai eyeshadow. Kalau kalian familiar dengan produk brand lain yang setipe dengan ini, biasanya harus di set dengan powder eyeshadow lagi supaya tahan lama. Tapi yang ini engga! Aku sampai kaget sendiri loh. Aku pakai produk ini di eyelid tanpa primer dan tanpa di set lagi, tapi tahan seharian mungkin karena ini waterproof ya (keep in mind that my eyelid is not too oily). Tipe pensil ini yang perlu kamu raut ya bukan tipe pensil yang di putar.

Taupe Cool toned taupe with a hint of violet Sephora Cream Lip Stain

Ini adalah pesanan yang aku paling tunggu tunggu. I’ve heard so many good things about these Cream Lip Stain. Orang orang bilang tekstur nya creamy jadi ga buat bibir kering walaupun matte dan tahan lama. Aku bisa dibilang picky masalah liquid lipstick karena bibirku super kering. Jadi ga bisa pakai yang teksturnya benar benar liquidy, tapiiiii aku juga gasuka yang teksturnya sticky (padahal biasanya yang sticky lebih moisturizing) serba salah kan.

Pas aku cobain ini, aku langsung jatuh cinta! Sekali swipe langsung pigmented banget ga patchy sama sekali, di build up juga ga masalah. Setelah kering ini jadi smudgeproof dan tahan lama, hanya akan fade kalau kalian makan makanan yang super berminyak. And guess what? Ini sangat nyaman dipakai, ga bikin kering dan ga lengket. Malah pernah aku sampai lupa kalau aku lagi pakai lipstick dan kaget sendiri pas ngaca haha. Pas aku cek deskripsi di website Luxola ternyata ini ada Vitamin E nya, oh pantes aja ga bikin kering..
